We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team. As the Director of Sales, you will have responsibility for all aspects of the Company's sales activities. You will be responsible for helping set and achieving corporate sales goals, managing all aspects of the sales force, including recruiting and managing regional sales managers and sales engineers, locating distributors and negotiating distribution agreements, making sales calls with direct sales force and distributors, developing relationships with key customers and distributors, and working closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure coordinated sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have 10-12 years overall experience in sales with 3-5 years in a sales management role in a capital goods industry with some experience selling to the automotive industry. Automation or robotics experience is a big plus. Additionally, we look for experience building a sales force, managing distributor relationships, and implementing effective sales management processes. The successful candidate will possess the energy to maintain the demanding pace required by a startup business and have a collaborative attitude and demonstrated ability to work closely with rest of organization. A bachelor's degree is required. Travel is required.
