Benefits Program Management

Staying competitive in the marketplace employers need to understand the importance of providing benefits to their employees. Benefits are one of the key components that attract candidates to pursue opportunities to your organization. GeBX will research benefits that are cost-effective and competitive within the marketplace. We will work within your budget. We hold focus groups with existing employees to get their suggestions. We will set up your benefit program and get you started and train the person that will take over, or we can come on it periodically to be your outsourced Benefits Administrator.
